You will receive the following:- Fully Cut PSD file
- 3 free Expressions - Blush
Shadow, Tears (these can be switched around)
- Transparent PNG of the full artwork
- Full Editing / correction support for the Rig artist

Commissioning Process:
- Fill out the order form
- Once all the details are confirmed and payment made, I will start the sketch! You may ask for major revisions at this stage.
- Once the sketch is approved I will proceed with rendering and cutting the model.
- Once finished, I will send you the .PSD alongside a transparent .PNG of the full model.If your chosen rigger requires adjustments to the cutting, just message me and I am happy to make as many adjustments as required.

Vtuber Rigging

You will receive the following:- .ZIP file containing all required files for your model to be functional (Source file not included)
- Eye size small, dead eyes, angry face, and upset face toggles*
- Mouth X + Simple Cheek Puff tracking (IOS tracking only)
- PSD edits & art adjustment guidance for model artist.

Commissioning Process:- Fill out the request form, I will contact the commissioner up to 1 week later.- Once all the details are confirmed, files sent and payment is made, I will examine the PSD and check if any major corrections are needed. If corrections are small, I will do so myself.- If no major corrections are necessary, I will start rigging immediately.- Once the main rig and toggles are close to completion, I will send a test file for you to try out. If any changes/fixes need to be done, I ask for a comprehensive list.
-The model, and all the requested add-ons/animations will be finalized and sent over! Tracking might be innacurate to your facial features, and if required, I will help out with base vtube studio setup.

The Client agrees to the following:✦ That they are of legal age and assumes full responsibility for any money exchanged for this service.✦ They hold the usage rights to any reference materials or designs provided to the Illustrator for use to produce the artwork.✦ That by submitting a commission request, they agree with the terms and rules in this document.

Deliverables✦ This is a digital product. No physical copies will be sent.
The Client will NOT receive any source files. (PSDs, moc3.)//Illustrator's right to refusal.I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission under abnormal circumstances. Upon the latter the client will be refunded. (Detailed in a later segment) Illustrator's right to authorship credit. I may use the artwork in my portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website or social media platform that displays artist's works).//Payments✦ Payment plans are only available for commissions starting from 500€. The artwork will only be delivered once the payment has been covered in full. The payment must be received in full before I start working on the commission.✦ Commission payments are generally NOT REFUNDABLE. Please read the refund section below.✦ Full upfront payment. If the total exceeds a certain amount a 50/50 plan may be discussed//Revisions✦ Once the sketch is approved, I will not accept any more major changes (pose, composition, costume).✦ Small changes are allowed during the sketch stage (expressions, hand placements etc.) but bigger changes (the whole look of the commission) will incur an additional fee. Please provide references and communicate with me any specific action/pose you want so i can fulfil your request more accurately.Deadlines and Delivery✦ After the files are sent, the commission is complete. You may not ask for changes to the illustration after the fact, unless it's for a fixable technical issue.✦Giving feedback/asking for revisions is the Client responsibility; if there is no feedback within 7 days of a WIP being sent, you understand that you are missing the revision period, and I will be moving on with the commission.✦Any revisions later may incur additional fees. I am not responsible for any delays to the final product caused by delays during each revision period.Use✦Usage Rights - The Artist retains authorship of all artwork made by the Artist for this project, and is free to share and use the artwork in portfolios, after the project is made public. The Artist may not resell the artwork.✦The Client owns the rights over the design created, and is free to use the artwork in promotions and as reference material. It’s encouraged that the Client provide credit when using the Artist’s artwork.✦ Additional usage. If the Client wishes to make additional use of the artwork outside of the initial agreement, Client agrees to seek permission from me and make such payments as are agreed to between parties at that time.✦ Sharing policy. I reserve the right to publicly stream the art process, and post Works in Progress (W.I.P.s) to Illustrator’s Social media, unless the Client pays a Non disclosure agreement fee (NDA) of forty (40%) percent.✦ NDA. Upon the payment of NDA fee, I agree to not disclose the project’s creation verbally, nor stream or post WIPs in a public setting until Client has publicised the finished Work at their discretion.✦ Reservation of rights. All rights to the artwork done not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to the me. Including but not limited to all rights in sketches, or other preliminary materials. Illustrator will not seek to re-purpose the artwork unless the Client breaks the terms listed above.//Refunds✦Commissions are NOT refundable once the I start working on them.✦In the event of a cancellation by from my end, I will provide a full refund to the client of any payment that had been exchanged.✦Client agrees to not file a chargeback after the artwork has been turned in. In the event of a chargeback, the Client loses all rights to any artwork created, and Illustrator gains the right to full profit from said artwork.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Illustrator grants to the Client Individual Commercial Usage Use Rights, which allows Client to gain revenue through the usage of the model that is NOT reselling, or redistributing the Work. Client agrees to not claim the creation of the Work as their own, and agrees that no version of the Work shall be used as a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or in AI datasets in perpetuity.✦ Additional usage. If Client wishes to make additional use of the Work outside of the initial agreement, Client agrees to seek permission from Illustrator and make such payments as are agreed to between parties at that time.✦The Client owns the rights over the design created, and is free to use the artwork in promotions and as reference material. It’s encouraged that the Client provide credit when using the Artist’s artwork.//RefundsIn the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following amounts shall be refunded:✦ Cancellation during the lineart stage: 60%✦ Cancellation during the colouring stage: 30%✦ Cancellation after the final work being turned in: 0%✦In the event of a cancellation by from my end, I will provide a full refund to the client of any payment that had been exchanged.✦Client agrees to not file a chargeback after the artwork has been turned in. In the event of a chargeback, the Client loses all rights to any artwork created, and Illustrator gains the right to full profit from said artwork.
